Next Door Neighbor

Previous Block of the Month:         Next Door Neighbor

Stitch a Breezy block for spring!

Next Door Neighbor is an easy-to-piece block first published in 1922 by Ladies Art Company. Hearth and Home also offered it as a mail order pattern under the name of Square Up. Notice several designs which are created by the contrast between the fabrics. The Broken Dish center is surrounded by a Friendship Star and the large blue triangles form a Pinwheel to give the block a lively feel.

BLOCK SIZE: 10" square

MATERIALS                                                                                                 Yardage is estimated for 44" fabric.
